The "Break the Silence 5K," hosted by Sigma Pi Rho Chapter, is a significant event dedicated to supporting mental health initiatives. The revenue generated from this event will be allocated in several meaningful ways. 75% of the proceeds will be donated to the Foundation of Hope This initiative reflects a commitment to enhancing mental health support at a local level.
Additionally, the remaining 25% will bolster the national chapter's Bonds of Brotherhood mental health campaign. This campaign is integral to the chapter's mission, emphasizing the importance of mental health awareness and support within the fraternity.
Furthermore, a portion of the funds will be reinvested into the event itself, covering essential aspects such as advertising and merchandising. This allocation ensures the sustainability and success of the event, allowing it to continue making a positive impact in the future.
